This specialised herbal formula contains the oestrogen balancers DIM, Paeony, Red Clover and Chaste Tree, which help restore the balance between progesterone and oestrogen, by promoting healthy oestrogen metabolism via the liver. It also contains resveratrol, a well-known antioxidant. Femplex helps to alleviate many of the problems associated with PMT, menstruation and menopause. Ingredients
DIM (Di-indole methane) 100mg, Paeony Root (paeonia lactiflora) 1000mg, Tomato Fruit (lycopersicon esculentum) 340mg Equiv. to dry 17mg providing Lycopene 1mg, Japanese Knotweed (Polygonum cuspidatum) 2800mg (providing 5mg Resveratrol), Red clover (trifolium praetense) 1000mg, Chaste Tree (Vitex agnus castus) 1000mg.
No colours, flavours or preservatives. Free of wheat, gluten, fish, egg, dairy and lactose.

Directions
For Adults: 1 capsule in the evening for 10 days.
Thereafter increase dose to 2 capsules, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
