Solgar® St John’s Wort “300” Herb Extract is one of our premium standardised full potency botanical extracts. St. John’s Wort has been used for centuries as a tonic. St. John’s Wort naturally contains flavonoids. St. John’s Wort is one of the most popular and widely used herbs in Europe.
The plant’s flowers bloom right around the time of St. John’s Day—June 24—which is where St. John’s Wort gets its name.
In our Standardised Full Potency botanical extracts, the active ingredients are always to exactly the same strength, the results do not differ from bottle to bottle. The raw herb powder is added to the majority of our Standardised Full Potency products to ensure that all of the synergistic compounds present in the original herb are also present in the final product providing the best of both worlds.

Standardised St. John’s Wort Aerial Powdered Extract (Hypericum perforatum) (0.9 mg [0.3%] hypericin) 300 mg
St. John’s Wort Aerial Powder (Hypericum perforatum) 100 mg
Non-Active Ingredients: Vegetable Capsule Shell: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, Anti-caking Agent: vegetable magnesium stearate, Antioxidant Powdered Blend* of beta-carotene and ascorbic acid.
Directions
One (1) vegetable capsule daily, preferably at mealtimes or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
