When drinking PURE Beet Endurance, some of the nitrates comes in contact with saliva then friendly bacteria in your mouth will convert it to nitrite oxide. To make sure the nitrate gets converted to nitrite oxide, avoid brushing your teeth, chewing gum, or drinking other juices right after drinking the Beet Endurance as the conversion takes some time.
RECOMMENDED USE: Simply mix 3 scoops (included) with 250ml plain water to ensure adequate fluid intake. Consume at least 3 – 4 hours prior to an event and ideally take daily as directed for 2 – 5 days prior to your planned event.
