Have you ever seen an Aroma Flask? These amazing little eco gifts are made of Rimu – a wood that is native to New Zealand and has the most beautiful wood grain. They are hand turned and begin to smell when you open the top and drop essential oils inside. You then close the top and the wood of the body of the flask then begins to smell like the oil. Perfect for scenting small places like drawers, cupboards, closets, cars, or for taking essential oil on the go in your bag (exposing your bottle to high temperatures or sunlight can degrade oils).

Ingredients
Salvaged Rimu wood that was otherwise destined to be firewood. Leather strap that goes around the top of the flask.
This product is not certified but has a very small scale manufacturing process so there is a lot of control over the raw materials used. There is one maker that turns the Rimu on our behalf and he has been wood turning for decades.
Directions
Simply remove the lid, drop in 15-5 drops of your favourite essential oil. It will be more like 12-15 drops when you first fill your flask and then less when you have you’re your flask for a while. It will take some time for the wood to diffuse the smell.
Place in a small space like a closet, drawer, cupboard, or pop it in your bag when you are out and about to take your essential oils on the go. An Aroma Flask can be used in cars in some instances – please see the FAQs below.
