Gaia Herbs Mighty Lungs™ has been formulated to provide gentle long-term support for respiratory health. It supports lung integrity and overall respiratory health.
This synergistic formula brings together the practices of Traditional Chinese practices, Ayurveda, and Western Herbalism and is intended to be used consistently over time for ongoing support.
- Marshmallow, Plantain, and Mullein are demulcent herbs that help support irritated tissues.
- The expectorant herbs Grindelia and Elecampane work together with the demulcents giving the formula a balancing effect.
- Hawthorn, Schisandra, and Olive leaf help to support the integrity of the connective tissues in the lungs.
- The Holy Basil supercritical extract captures the volatile oils of the plant, which have an affinity to support the bronchial tissues. Holy Basil helps to provide antioxidant support, as well as offering its uplifting and adaptogenic actions.
- Red root supports lymphatic flow, which can often stagnate.

Directions
