Tonic Health’s Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority! In addition to your statutory rights –
- Tonic Health is happy to exchange products* purchased online, provided the product is unopened and returned to Tonic Health within 7 days of receiving, in a saleable condition. Please ensure products for exchange arrive in “as new” condition, items that cannot be resold will not be exchanged. (*Excluding Probiotics, Homeopathy and heat sensitive items).
- Product exchange/refund will begin when Tonic Health receive the returned product, in the required condition.
- If we receive an order that we are unable to fulfil, we will contact you with an explanation and refund you within 48 hours, or offer an alternative product.
- If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, please let us know and we will endeavour to find the best solution for you.
- No refund will be given if you simply change your mind.
Tonic Health will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Items that are returned more than SEVEN days after delivery and/or are unable to be resold as new cannot be exchanged or refunded. We cannot accept items for exchange that are returned after SEVEN days. Please note that we are not obligated to refund items unless they are defective or damaged.
Refund of Shipping Costs
Please note we will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. A full refund will be given in this instance. If you are returning because the item is no longer required, or ordered in error, the shipping fee is non-refundable and you may be asked to pay the re-shipping fee.

We use PayPal for transactions though our site. No credit card details are stored.

Delivery throughout New Zealand
For all our orders we use Courier Post. If you have special delivery instructions, please ensure you note these when prompted during the checkout process. Please ensure the delivery address is correct, and is a physical location. PO Box numbers are NOT acceptable for delivery address details.
We always aim to dispatch your order the same day when possible.
Anticipated Delivery Time:
1-3 business days for North Island deliveries -$4.90
2-4 business days for South Island deliveries - $9.90
All orders over $80 recieve Free Shipping.
International delivery charges are dependent on the destination country and the weight of the items in your order. International orders are sent via NZ Post.
