Ginseng supports focus energy and vitality. As an adaptogen it has been used to help with recovery from strenuous exercise and help strengthen the body with daily stresses.

Standardised Siberian Ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus) Root Powdered Extract (0.75 mg [0.5%] eleutheroside E, 0.45 mg [0.3%] eleutheroside B) 150 mg
Siberian Ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus) Root Powder 150 mg
Non-Active Ingredients: Vegetable Capsule Shell: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, Anti-caking Agent: vegetable magnesium stearate, Antioxidant (powdered blend* of beta-carotene and ascorbic acid).
Directions
One (1) vegetable capsule daily, preferably at mealtimes or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
