Please store your premium Poten-C in a cool place, away from direct heat sources. Refrigerating on arrival will keep your supplements in optimal condition for longer. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 60 days.

Adults: 15ml (1 Tablespoon)
Take 15ml per day as a maintenance dose.
